Jeff Myers: CEO

With over 15 years of  Information Systems implementation & administration experience, Jeff has been on the front lines of large global application deployments for clients like Nationwide Insurance, Hitachi, Johnson Controls, Borden Foods, & Kronos. Beginning in 1999, Jeff was CEO of a successful web & print design firm, where he published several local magazines. Mr. Myers is married with 3 children, enjoys bass guitar and leading teams of creative individuals.

Jason Profitt: Lead Application Developer

Jason picked up an interest in programming during his early years of high school, and continually expanded his experience since. After graduating from the Ohio State University in 2007 with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a minor in Business, he went to work in the technology field developing solutions for small businesses. Since joining Chepri in 2010, he has focused mainly on PHP and BlackBerry development. In his spare time, Jason enjoys practicing his keyboard or guitar and learning random trivia to impress strangers.

Ben Snider: Application Developer

Ben graduated from Capital University in 2008 with a Computer Science major and Mathematics minor, and immediately after started working as a PHP web developer for a book and software publisher. About a year later Ben’s career transitioned into game development on the Flash and Flex platform. And shortly after that Ben started working on the iOS platform, developing iPad and iPhone interactive books, games, and various apps. Ben enjoys video games, science fiction, tinkering with Linux, and watching movies.

Ousmane Kebe: Web Developer

Ousmane graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with an Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Physics. He has a great amount of experience working with dynamic websites using different languages such as PHP and Coldfusion and technologies like JQuery. Ousmane also has years of experience working with Content Management Systems such as Drupal. He also is experienced in managing a portfolio of over 50 departmental websites at the Ohio State University which were mainly Coldfusion, PHP or Drupal CMS based. Ousmane made sure they were W3C compliant and fully functional and presentable in all major browsers and platforms.

Jon Lee: Lead Web Designer

Jon developed an interest in art in his senior year of high school, and went on to major in graphic design at Ohio University. He has a solid background in swiss design and new media technologies. After graduating he began doing graphic design for a sign company in Dayton, OH, and after 2 years moved to Columbus to work with Chepri. He has a TV but no cable, and enjoys gaming, running, and frisbee.

Subathra Thanabalan: Application Developer

Subathra graduated from Capital University in 2010 with a major in Computer Science and minors in Mathematics and Economics. She has always had an interest in the integration of business and technology. Throughout her years as an undergrad she has been moving towards a career in web and application development. Upon graduation, she has gained experience as a PHP web developer and has a strong desire to delve into various other open source technologies that are out there. She joined the Chepri team towards the end of 2010 and has worked on developing with Joomla! and the iOS platform. Subathra enjoys travelling, people watching, live music and chocolate.

Adam Gilardi: Web Designer

Adam graduated from Edison State College in 2001 with a degree in graphic design. After graduating he spent a year teaching Computer Graphics classes at Coconino Community College in Page, AZ before moving to Daytona, FL. While in Daytona he spent 6 years working for International Speedway Corporation, designing print materials and websites for the 12 racetracks owned by the company, that hosted NASCAR, IndyCar, Grand-Am & AMA events.

Ty Belford: Business Development Coordinator

Ty is a former U.S. Marine Corp combat photographer and graphic artist. He is a service connected disabled veteran. After serving in the military, Ty received an Associate’s degree in computer science from Davenport University. Ty went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Hodges University. He has gained over 10 years of electronic resources consulting experience while working in both the database technology and internet publishing industries. Ty enjoys riding motorcycles, making people laugh and spending time with his family. He is married with 3 children and has one on the way. It’s a girl!
